“Love this place! The instructors are so inviting, gentle, down to earth, and approachable! If you’re a beginner or have injuries they’re always happy to offer modifications, etc. and don’t make you feel uncomfortable or awkward. Super welcoming and lovely environment and the practice always makes my mind and body feel better. Everything is kept very clean and orderly and it’s a super peaceful vibe. Also, they have the cutest little boutique area! Coming to Waves is the highlight of my week! Cannot recommend more highly.”
