If you’re a beginner or have injuries they’re always happy to offer modifications, etc. and don’t make you feel uncomfortable or awkward.   • Absolutely not! We welcome all experience levels. Our classes are designed so beginners can learn the basics at their own pace, while more seasoned yogis can deepen their practice. From day one, you’ll feel supported and part of our community.

  • Yes! Yoga is for every body. Our teachers provide modifications for all experience levels. Flexibility and strength will come with consistent practice - starting where you are is perfectly okay.

  • Just wear comfortable, breathable clothing you can move in freely. You can bring your own mat and water bottle if you like, but we have mats and props available if you don’t have your own.

  • We keep the heat at a lower temperature than most hot yoga studios (90 degrees), and we encourage everyone to take breaks, hydrate, and move at their own pace. Our teachers are here to guide you and ensure you’re safe and comfortable.

  • Yes! Simply let your instructor know about any injuries or concerns before class. We’ll provide modifications and options to help you practice in a way that’s both safe and beneficial for your body.
