Hi! I’m Jayden! I am a 200hr RYT, 20hr Yin Certified YT, and 85hr RPYT (Pre/Postnatal)! I have been practicing yoga since 2017 and earned my certifications in 2025/26.

I began practicing yoga in high school as a way to manage and cope with my anxiety. Recently, after being diagnosed with endometriosis in 2022 yoga has also offered me an avenue to manage my symptoms. Outside of the studio I work full-time as a Radiation Therapist helping cancer patients, but outside of work you can find me reading, baking, being around family, and being outdoors with my dog!
