I have been practicing yoga on and off for over 12 years. Yoga just kept showing up in my life. Last time, it showed up in a big way when I felt called to study yoga and become a teacher. My focus is Vinyasa Flow. I take this beautiful opportunity to move others to connect fully with themselves and the present moment.
