Hey Yogis! I’m Wendy, a Whole Body Wellness Licensed Counselor who decided to bring yoga into my counseling practice.

Why? Yoga calms the mind and nervous system through breath, movement, stillness and release. And then, it became deeply impactful and personal in my own life. Waves and my mat feel like coming home. A place I can let go and feel supported. I teach Faith and Somatic Yoga, but occasionally you may see me filling in for one of the other fabulous teachers at Waves. She currently leads marketing and content strategy at Zipper, the all-in-one studio management platform built specifically for boutique studios.
